CENTER MAXI is one of the multifunctional units designed by O+P in order to give the operator the opportunity to have a complete system to process rigid tubes all in one easy to use platform.
The unit is composed of many equipment: a bending machine, suitable for bending carbon and stainless steel tubes up to diam. 50 mm, a unit for both preassembling DIN2353 rings and 37° flaring of hydraulic tubes up to diam. 42 mm with maximum thickness of 4 mm. Center Maxi is also equipped with a deburring machine with diam. 6-42 mm internal and external tools (that can be placed on a suitable holder) and a cutting machine which has a blade capable of a capacity up to diam. 125 mm.
The electronic control ensures enhanced performance and makes the new Center Maxi particularly suitable for volume production of hydraulic rigid tubes.
