Scott noted that the models can be used to assist organizations with compliance. “We see a lot of compliance departments struggling with how do I figure out when people are using text messages and how do I tackle management of that? So we’ve been working with some clients on offering to build portable models around looking for indicia of communications that are being taken offline and what those channels are,” he said.
